I don't understand why medicare doesn't cover the cost of walk-in tubs for seniors. This is one of the most dangerous areas of the home and contributes to more hospital visits every year than any other in home accident.

It's understandable that other insurance companies won't cover this cost, but medicare is specifically for seniors. Logically, why wouldn't this be a covered cost?
